About Jason Gant
Jason Gant—also known as Coach Paz—is a mindfulness consultant specializing in institutional development and integration of mindfulness into athletics, workplaces, and communities. With over a decade of experience as a global learning designer, coach, and mentor, Jason helps athletes, corporations, and young people design more mindful lives.
Jason holds degrees in Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Global Entrepreneurial Management, and specializes in helping his clients integrate emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and comprehensive strategies for wellbeing into their lives. Jason has worked with diverse clients around the world, from college athletes to corporate executives to neurodivergent youth. He is a certified instructor of the global mindfulness platform Search Inside Yourself, a mentor with Inward Bound Mindfulness Education, and is the Behavioral Wellness Coach for the Oakland Spiders.
